Hesperia has officially launched sales at Botania Park, its second masterplanned community located in the East Wanneroo Precinct. On Monday, Managing Director Ben Lisle and the Hesperia team were joined by Minister John Carey, Hon. Sabine Winton MLA, Member for Landsdale Daniel Pastorelli, and Mayor of the City of Wanneroo Linda Aitken to celebrate the beginning of this exciting new community with a smoking ceremony.

Botania Park will deliver more than 1,000 affordable homes, catering to a diverse range of buyers. The development features a mix of lot sizes and house types, including smaller, entry-level lots designed to lower the barrier to home ownership, particularly for first-home buyers, while still ensuring high-quality design and liveability.

Managing Director Ben Lisle said the project incorporates a strong focus on sustainability, aiming to offer prospective buyers a better, greener, and more affordable lifestyle.

“We have focused on a landscape-led design that will target a 30% cooling tree canopy cover, which is well beyond industry standards,” Mr Lisle said.
“As part of the wider community, Botania Park will benefit from a future primary school and high school within walking distance. Residents will also enjoy the unique natural setting of Lake Mariginiup and Lake Jandabup, which will provide valuable recreational and environmental amenity.”

All homes in Botania Park will feature rooftop solar, and a Sustainability Incentive Program will be available to encourage residents to install in-home battery systems.
